H.H.Shiekh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nayan and Dr Mana Saeed Al Otaiba shared a long and fruitful business relationship during this Presidency while Dr Mana Saeed Al Otaiba was the President of OPEC for a record of 6 times and the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the UAE. As well he was H.H.Sheikh Zayed’s personal advisor until his death in 2004. This advisory role continued into the next Presidency of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nayan.
